Levi Sasser begins his freshman season with the South Plains College men’s rodeo team competing as a heeler in team roping. A native of Amarillo, Texas, Levi put together an impressive high school resume, earning the Region 1 Champion Heeler title and winning the USTRC Finals as a heeler.
At South Plains, Levi is pursuing a degree in Agricultural Business while continuing to sharpen his skills in the arena and proudly represent the Texans rodeo program.

The South Plains College Rodeo Team had an outstanding weekend at the New Mexico Junior College Rodeo in Lovington, NM, held October 23-25. The Texans brought home multiple top finishes, with several athletes advancing to the short round and earning major titles.
