High School: Princeton High School class of 2007
Athletic Accomplishments at Princeton: Mitchell won 3A state championships in cross country, 1,600 meter run, and 3,200 meter run. He also played football.
SPC Athletic Accomplishments: In 2008 Mitchell earned all-american accolades in cross country when he finished 23rd overall at the NJCAA meet held in Spartanburg, South Carolina, helping the team to a second place finish. At the NJCAA Half-Marathon championships Mitchell helped the team to the National title when he finished fifth overall and was the second Texan to cross the line. Driver was also an assett to the Texans indoor and outdoor team titles as he finished fifth in the 1,000 meter run at the NJCAA indoor meet and competed in the steeplechase outdoors. In 2009 Driver had season bests of 3:56.70 in the 1,500 meter run, 9:41.47 in the 3,000 meter steeplechase, and 2:30.82 in the indoor 1,000 meter run.
