LEVELLAND— The South Plains College Texans picked up their third consecutive Western Junior College Athletic Conference victory after throttling Clarendon College 99-67 Monday night at the Texan Dome. Following a 10-0 run from the Bulldogs (13-9, 1-5) to open up the contest, the Texans battled back and went on a 9-4 run of their own to cut Clarendon's lead to 14-9 with 15:24 left in the first half. Justice Green, who finished with 19 points and went 6-for-11 from the floor, tied the game at 17 all after connecting on a 3-pointer from the right wing with 11 minutes on the scoreboard.

Levelland- Despite a double-double performance from sophomore guard Che Bob, the South Plains College Texans fell to Panola Junior College 76-69 Monday night at the Texan Dome. Bob finished with 21 points and 12 boards for SPC, who fall to 2-3 on the year with Monday's loss. Jerron Love had nine points and three boards for the Texans, while Biron Joseph and Michael Wolfe each scored six.
