Texan Head Basketball Coach Steve Green Accepts ALS Ice Bucket Challenge
Steve Green, entering his 15th season as head coach of the South Plains College Texan basketball team, accepted the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge from former assistant coach Charles Harral, now the head men's basketball coach at Arizona Western College in Yuma, Ariz.

Before carrying out the task of having a cooler of ice water poured over him, Green challenged fellow SPC employees Ronnie Watkins, Dean of Administrative Services; Dane Dewbre, Dean of College Relations; and Dr. Kelvin Sharp, president of South Plains College.
Associate head track and field coach Blaine Wiley and SPC Sports Information Coordinator Joe Walker were thrilled to be part of this great cause, dumping the ice cold water on Green.
