Texans climb up two spots to No. 4 in NJCAA rankings
Through 11 games, the Texans have four players averaging double-figures for the season. Sophomore transfer Marshall Henderson has led the way thus far, averaging 17.4 points in nine games played while nailing 41.7-percent of his shots from beyond the arc.
Yanick Moreira is second on the team with 13.7 points per game and has also recorded three double-doubles. Moreira has been a major force in the paint, bringing down 8.3 boards and swatting away just less than three shots per contest.
Malcom Miller and Tymell Murphy have been steady forces for the Texans as well with 11.4 and 10.3 points per game, respectively.
Monroe, Northwest Florida State, and Indian Hills are the schools currently leading SPC in the top-20 NJCAA poll.
