2011 XC: Competed in seven meets during the season … Earned his second NJCAA championship by winning the 2011 NJCAA cross country championship … won five-of-seven meets competed in.

2011 Outdoor: Had a busy meet at the NJCAA Championships with All-American performances in the 800M (1^st), 1500M (2^nd), and 5000M (2^nd) … His NJCAA 800M Championship time of 1:50.32 was his season best … Also had season bests of 3:48.97 over 1500M and 14:58.84 in the 5000M.

2011 Indoor: Took second place in the 3000M at the NJCAA Indoor Championships in Lubbock with a time of 8:28.14 … Also anchored the DMR team to a second place finish.

2010 XC: Competed in seven cross country meets in 2010 … Earned runner-up honors at the 2010 NJCAA cross country meet … finished 8^th at NJCAA half-marathon.

High School: Graduated in 2010 … Won the 3,000 meter run at the Penn Relays with a time of 8:20.14 … Won the NACAC cross country championships in Tobago.
