SPC: 2011 Outdoor: Ran personal best a personal best time of 4:03.91 over 1500M, barely missing the NJCAA standard to qualify for the NJCAA meet … Also ran 10:10.26 in the 3000M steeplechase.

2011 Indoor: Earned All-America honors when he helped the 4x800M Relay team to a third place finish at the NJCAA Indoor Championships.

2010 XC: Competed in seven meets during the 2010 cross country season, including the NJCAA championship team that finished third overall.

High School: Graduated in 2010 … Had tremendous success in cross country, finishing fifth at the state cross country meet his sophomore year, third as a junior, and second as a senior, leading team to the state team title … On the track, won both the 3,200 and 1,600 titles in junior campaign … Also played basketball and tennis.
