Katie was born and raised in Rochester, Minnesota and attended Lourdes High School. She graduated from Bemidji State University and currently attends Texas Tech Health Sciences Center as a second year Masters in Athletic Training Student. Her parents are David and Maryanne and she has two older brothers, Mike and Matt. She will help cover all sports at South Plains College, but has a special interest in rodeo. Her love for athletics, playing and watching sports, are what made her want to become an athletic trainer. She enjoys the level of activity the job demands and helping athletes reach their full potential.
