Raffling for a cause - The South Plains College Texan Cheerleaders are selling raffle tickets for an iPad2 to be given away on December 9. The tickets sell for $2 each or 3 for $5. The cheerleaders have adopted this as their service project and have chosen to donate proceeds from the sale of these tickets to the Hockley County Child Welfare Board to help make a child's Christmas a little brighter.

Please email Linda McCulloch at lmcculloch@southplainscollege.edu if you would like to purchase a chance to win the iPad2, or call the athletic offices at 716-2221 and she will send one of the cheerleaders with tickets.
